RealClimate Climate Science

/ climate / change / facts /
A really useful site for those that prefer to remain among the reality-based community, setting things straight about climate change and the science behind it - a useful antidote to the corporate backed tripe, or the Lomborgian fallacies that pass for skeptical analysis these days...

The site describes itself as follows:
"RealClimate is a commentary site on climate science by working climate scientists for the interested public and journalists. We aim to provide a quick response to developing stories and provide the context sometimes missing in mainstream commentary. The discussion here is restricted to scientific topics and will not get involved in any political or economic implications of the science."

The site you quote is well mixed political propaganda (of the "scientific" type), precisely the opossite of what it claims to be. The author of the junk science book is employed by the cato institute and fox news; the former a right wing enterprise the latter a flamboyantly uncompromising ultra-right wing news network.

Junkscience is to science as Fox News is to news.
